Modern Prefabricated Industrial Heavy Steel Truss Structural Building
A steel truss refers to a truss made of steel. In the roof structures, crane beams, bridges and hydraulic gates of industrial and civil buildings, steel trusses are often used as the main load-bearing components. All kinds of towers, such as mast towers, TV towers and transmission line towers, are commonly used space steel trusses composed of three-sided, four-sided or multi-sided planar trusses.
Ordinary steel trusses generally use a single-web member, usually a T-shaped section composed of two angle steels, and sometimes cross-shaped, grooved or tubular sections are used, and a gusset plate is used to connect the nodes. The structure is simple and the application is the most. wide. Heavy-duty steel truss members are made of I-shaped or box-shaped sections composed of steel plates or section steel, and two parallel gusset plates are connected at the nodes; they are often used for steel trusses with large spans and loads, such as bridges and long-span roof structures. The light steel truss is composed of small angle steel and round steel or thin-walled steel; the nodes can be connected by gusset plates, or the rods can be directly connected; it is mainly used for the roof structure of light roof with small span.
Connection method:
Steel trusses can be welded, common bolted, high-strength bolted or riveted. Welding is the most widely used; ordinary bolted connections are often used for detachable structures, transmission towers and support systems; high-strength bolted connections are often used for site connections of heavy steel trusses; riveting is used for heavy steel trusses subjected to large dynamic loads. Replaced by high-strength bolted connections.
