The ComFlor 60 and 210 equivalent decks are structural composite flooring systems engineered to deliver identical dimensional, structural, and fire‑performance characteristics as the original profiles, while offering a cost‑effective alternative for international construction projects.
Manufactured from S350GD+Z275 high‑tensile steel with a heavy 275 g/m² galvanized coating, these profiles provide durable corrosion protection and long‑term service life in low to medium aggressive environments. Their trapezoidal/re‑entrant rib geometry ensures efficient composite action with concrete, and the nestable shape reduces transport volume and on‑site handling time.
Our production facility operates under strict quality control and maintains high‑capacity continuous runs, enabling short lead times and stable supply for projects of any scale – from single‑storey mezzanines to large‑span multi‑storey car parks and bridge walkways.

Spanning capability
– CF60 equivalent: unpropped spans up to 4.5 m; with propping, up to 6.0 m
– CF210 equivalent: unpropped up to 6.0 m; propped spans exceeding 8.5 m
– Reduces need for temporary supports and secondary beams, cutting foundation and labour costs.

– Central shear stud placement in troughs ensures full shear transfer between steel and concrete.
