1. Dual-Standard Compliance – GB & AS4100

Our columns are designed and fabricated to meet GB 50017 (Chinese steel structure design code) and AS4100 (Australian steel structures standard). Dual compliance simplifies procurement for international contractors and EPC companies, enabling acceptance for projects adopting either design code. Material selection, weld design and dimensional tolerances are controlled in line with both standards.

Tubular columns are produced in our controlled workshop with CNC cutting, automatic submerged arc welding (SAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Critical joints adopt full penetration welds.

Non-destructive testing (NDT) including UT, MT and PT is performed as specified. Dimensional inspection and trial assembly guarantee on-site fit-up.

4. Corrosion Protection & Durability

We supply hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A123 / AS/NZS 4680, or heavy-duty coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane, fluorocarbon). These coatings deliver long-term resistance to moisture, salt spray, acid rain and industrial contaminants, extending service life and lowering maintenance expenditure.
