Galvanized Closed Type Steel Decking Composite Floor Deck 0.6mm to 1.5mm Thickness

This closed-type galvanized steel decking is roll-formed from hot-dipped galvanized high-strength coil in thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 1.5 mm. It serves as permanent formwork and as tensile reinforcement for composite concrete slabs in steel-framed, concrete-framed, and mezzanine floor construction.

The closed rib seals the top of each rib, so the sheet gives a flat, continuous steel face at the slab soffit and rejects wet concrete from the rib voids. Thickness and zinc coating are selected with the structural design: thin sheets for short spans and light loading, heavier sheets where the slab spans further, carries heavy imposed loads, or must span without propping.
